About Me

A career educator and the parent of a child with dyslexia and ADHD, I believe reading and writing are the most essential skills for learning. By empowering learners to internalize essential frameworks for writing, reading, and learning, I set them up to achieve success in any area. I love helping students grow their skills and track that growth. In addition to tutoring, one of my special library skills is matching students with engaging books they can successfully read and even enjoy!

The majority of my experience involves working with middle schoolers and I am happy to support upper elementary through high school learners. I look forward to helping your student stack their literacy skills!
